Disney’s new adventure The Lone Ranger starring Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer has released a new, full-length trailer online, which you can watch below.

The film which is being directed by Gore Verbinski rides in next summer, and is a big screen adaptation of the TV series made famous in the ‘40s and ‘50s. The film is also being produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, who along with Depp and Verbinski were the trio responsible for the success of Pirates Of The Caribbean.
Armie Hammer plays the masked lawman with Johnny Depp as his faithful Native American sidekick Tonto. British actor Tom Wilkinson will play the villain Latham Cole who seeks to control the new railway that cuts across the untamed West.
The teaser trailer didn’t offer up to much aside from a lot of action and Hammer and Depp in all their getup.
In this trailer the action is ramped up much more and there is also the injection of humor, Depp’s Tonto is sure to rival his portrayal of Captain Jack Sparrow for comedy value.
A brief some up of the plot then: Hammer’s John Reid is left for dead, before being discovered by Depp’s Tonto, so he grabs a mask and the rest is history.
There are brief glimpses of the supporting cast including Helena Bonham Carter, Tom Wilkinson and Ruth Wilson.
