"Get away from her you bitch!"

Aliens of its time, with acclaimed director James Cameron behind the camera it was sure to be a triumph on every level. Having seen her crew of the Nostromo wiped out by the Alien, Ripley (Weaver) is discovered by chance floating in deep space.

Awake, she learns that the planet from which she landed previously has now been colonized but the nightmares haven’t died and she’s sent back to help lead a crack unit eradicate the Alien species once and for all.

Aliens took on the action genre a little more this time, the horror and suspense levels had also been raised as well as the special effects.

The cast is a colourful one, helping to lead the unit is Cpl. Dwayne Hicks played by Michael Biehn who had worked with Cameron on the Terminator as well as Bill Paxton another one of Cameron’s recruits. It’s a roller coaster ride through out and it never lets up for a minute.
