Explosive!
The cast list was a bit of a mish mash of has-beens, and no bodies. It exceeded itself time wise and could have easily been cut down to 120 minutes at best. Emmerich though is king of the disaster movies and at the end of the day you go to the cinema to be entertained and that is exactly what you’ll get for your money.
But when you’ve seen one famous landmark get hit by a huge tidal wave or the White House get obliterated you’ve seen them all.

Yeah, spot on.
Special effects extravaganza but nothing more.
Predictable storyline crammed full of cheese.
Real cringe when you get a shot of the Queen boarding the Arc. Ew.
